Building the Foundations

The first step to start improving your life with food.
A 3 months’ program that includes:

– Your Personal Wellness Survey, followed by one-hour debrief coaching;
– Your Meal Plan, customized (recipes included);
– Your weekly Tool Box: tips, shopping list, new recipes, guidelines, suggestions that you will receive every week for the duration of the program;
– One-to-one coaching sessions (30 minutes), once a week for the duration of the program;
– Unlimited messages/chat.

The Bricks

A 2 months’ program, completely personalized, to stabilize your achievements and assist you in implementing your new routine. Each module (duration 2 months) can be purchased at any given time, after having complete the “Building the foundation” program.

Every module includes:
– A new Meal Plan, customized (recipes included);
– Your weekly Tool Box: tips, shopping list, new recipes, guidelines, suggestions… that you will receive every week for the duration of the program;
– One-to-one coaching sessions (30 minutes), once a week for the duration of the program;
– Unlimited messages/chat.

Transformative Nutrition and Lifestyle Program

The most inclusive program that will give you all the tools you ever need to improve your wellness, learn how your body works, choose the nutritional style that better suits your physical, emotional and social needs.

This 9 months’ program includes all the contents present in Building the Foundation Program, plus customized and standard modules. Among the standard modules:
– How to organize your kitchen
– How to shop for groceries
– How to meal plan, batch cook and save time in the kitchen, plus leftovers makeup
– How to compose your meal

The Detox Program

A 2 weeks Group Program that will guide you to gentle detoxify your body and will teach you the basics of this approach.
The program includes:
– Introduction and preparation group coach
– 9 days’ detox meal plan
– 9 days’ recipes and guidelines booklet
– 9 days shopping list
– 1 individual coaching
– tools to detoxify from everyday stress
– Reintroduction guide and final group coach

The Masterclass

A 3 hours’ live group lesson to deep dive into a concept and immediately apply it to your life.

Each masterclass includes a theoretical overview, Q&A, plus 3 recipes related to the topic.

Past Masterclass:
– Sugar Detox, for a sweet life free from inflammation and insulin spikes
– Gluten and gluten free life (also) for non-celiac people
– Vegan and Vegetarian Nutrition for a balanced and energized life

Cooking Workshop

A 5 days’ immersive workshop to learn the tools for Clean Eating, relaxing and detox the body. You will be able to test the recipes in the kitchen and immerse yourself in the magical surroundings of the island of Kea, Cyclades (Greece).
